Coach Keith Wakefield was named head coach in 2004. He came to St. Vincent-St. Mary High School from Massillon Perry High School after amassing an impressive coaching record of 215 wins, 94 losses and 1 tie. While coaching at Perry, Coach Wakefield led his teams to 11 Federal League Championships. In 2000, he was voted the Division I A.P. Coach of the Year. Prior to coaching at Perry, he coached at Austintown Fitch and Mansfield Madison High Schools.
Coach Wakefield is well known for his work ethic and his discipline. He brings that same discipline into his classes.
